My fitness journey started like many others — confused, overwhelmed, and unsure what advice to follow. But over the years, through trial, error, and a whole lot of lifting, I found what truly works. I became a certified fitness coach, trained clients across all fitness levels, and turned my passion into a lifelong pursuit.
